FareShare is the UK's national network of charitable food redistributors, made up of 18 reputable organisations.  Together they take good quality surplus food from local surpermarkets and get it to frontline charities and organisations.

We are proud to announce that FareShare is now available outside St John's Centre every Tuesday and Friday morning between 9am - 11am.  This is free food that is just past it's sell-by date but perfectly edible.  It is available to anyone! Although nothing can be guaranteed, there is usually a good mix of bread, rolls and sometimes pastries and lots of fruit and veg.

Help us reduce food waste by coming along to help yourself.  It's good for us, good for the environment and good for the purse!
