ECO CHURCH
Eco Church is a scheme run by A Rocha UK, equipping churches to care for God's creation through their buildings, worship, land, community engagement and individual lifestyles. Churches can be considered for an Eco Church award at either Bronze, Silver or Gold level. The first Whitstable Churches Eco Forum took place recently, facilitating a pooling of ideas, support and resources to help us care for God's amazing creation.
St John's is looking for our own Eco Champion. Could it be you?
In Eco Church it's really helpful to have solidarity with others in taking the action that we can, rather than worrying about what we can't affect.
